HyperLot Rental Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the HyperLot Rental platform, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you ("you" or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

HyperLot Rental is operated by HyperLot Rental ("HyperLot Rental," "we," "us," or "our"), a financial technology company offering small-dollar lending products.

2. Eligibility

To use the Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a U.S. resident
• Have a valid bank account
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration

3. Services Description

HyperLot Rental provides short-term, small-dollar loans (typically ranging from approximately $50 to $500) to individuals. Our underwriting process uses bank account data and behavioral signals — rather than traditional credit scores alone — to assess loan eligibility.

4. Consumer Reports — Important Disclosure

NOTICE: HyperLot Rental Uses Consumer Reports in Its Lending Decisions

In connection with your loan application and onboarding, HyperLot Rental may obtain a consumer report about you from Plaid Inc., a consumer reporting agency, through its Plaid Check product.

Consumer reports obtained through Plaid Check may include information about:

• Prior banking behaviors (e.g., overdraft history, account closures)
• Account abuse patterns
• Indicators of identity risk or suspected fraudulent activity

This information is used to:

1. Evaluate your loan application — We assess repayment risk to determine whether to extend credit and on what terms.
2. Fraud and identity screening — We screen for high-risk indicators, including synthetic identity signals, to protect the integrity of our platform and our users.

Your Rights Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA):

You have important rights under the FCRA, including the right to:

• Be notified if information in a consumer report was used to take adverse action against you
• Know what is in your file
• Request a free file disclosure (once every 12 months from each consumer reporting agency)
• Dispute incomplete or inaccurate information
• Have outdated negative information removed
• Seek damages from violators

If we take an adverse action (e.g., deny your loan application) based in whole or in part on a consumer report, we will provide you with an adverse action notice that includes the name and contact information of the consumer reporting agency, notice of your right to obtain a free copy of your report, and notice of your right to dispute the accuracy of the report.

5. Authorization to Obtain Consumer Reports

By submitting a loan application or completing onboarding with HyperLot Rental, you expressly authorize HyperLot Rental to obtain consumer reports and investigative consumer reports about you from Plaid Check and other permissible consumer reporting agencies for the purposes of:

• Evaluating your creditworthiness and repayment capacity
• Verifying your identity
• Detecting and preventing fraud
• Any permissible purpose under the FCRA

This authorization remains valid for the duration of your relationship with HyperLot Rental, including for account reviews, renewals, and collections-related purposes.

6. Loan Terms

Specific loan terms — including loan amounts, repayment schedules, fees, and APRs — will be disclosed to you in a separate Loan Agreement prior to disbursement. You should carefully review those terms before accepting any loan. HyperLot Rental will comply with all applicable federal and state lending laws, including applicable truth-in-lending disclosures.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any application
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent our fraud detection or identity verification processes
• Use the Services on behalf of a third party without authorization

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology on the HyperLot Rental platform is the property of GetHrvst LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. HyperLot Rental DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HyperLot Rental SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY LOAN DECISION.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE]. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.

12. Changes to These Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring SMS/text messages from HyperLot Car Rental related to your rental and account, including booking confirmations, vehicle pickup, return, and delivery reminders, identity/booking verification codes, and occasional review requests.

Message frequency varies based on your rental activity. Message and data rates may apply.
